Cancellation Policy
*I DO NOT DO FILLS OVER OTHER TECHNICIANS WORK* -All appointments require a 50% deposit***NO EXCEPTIONS*** Please understand that deposits are non-refundable and are non-transferable. *GRACE PERIOD* -I have a 15 min grace period. Please note that even with notice your appointment will be modified to fit the allotted time frame. -Any client arriving more than 15 min late, their appointment will be cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will have to reschedule. -Any cancellation made without a 24 hr. notice will result in a $10 cancellation fee. *NO SHOWS* -1st occurrence will result in a $25 no show fee(Must be paid before booking your next appointment) -2nd occurrence will result in a %100 deposit for the next 3 appointments. -3rd occurrence will result in you no longer able to book online. *NAIL ART* -If you would like any kind of intricate are please book with you service. Nail art takes time depending on the design. If it is not booked, it will not get done. *PLEASE DO NOT RIP OFF YOUR NAIL ENHANCEMENTS* I *WILL NOT* perform any nail services over severely damaged nails. I believe in maintaining the integrity of the natural nail, regardless of the enhancement. *COMPLIMENTARY FIXES* -Enhancements and gel polish are guaranteed for *5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT* If you lose and enhancement, notice any chipping, or any lifting in the first 5 days, please let me know. I will schedule a free nail repair. *Repairs 5 days after your appointment are $5 per nail* *TRADITIONAL NAIL POLISH SERVICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED*
